Struggling With Candida Recovery? Find Your Way to Wellness With Our Free Guide.

We get it—life is complicated enough, and it would be so easy if our recommendations for treatment and product dosages of Candida yeast overgrowth were “one size fits all.”

We want you to know that the guideline recommendations we make for using our products are a great starting point for you, based on the severity of your fungal yeast condition. But then it gets personal . . .

Putting Your Candida Treatment in Perspective

Let’s back up a bit. When you are prescribed a pharmaceutical drug, you often will be given the same dose whether you are a muscular 250-pound male, an athletic 115-pound female, a sedentary person, a 30-year-old or an 85-year-old, or someone with other pre-existing conditions—right? Well, not exactly. Even though most pharmaceutical drugs have a “standard dosage,” it is often up to the prescribing physician to determine how much of the drug is needed and how much will be absorbed—since all the patient examples presented above may have slightly different needs.

Similarly, the amount of natural supplements, like ThreeLac™, FiveLac™ and SevenLac™ and Candizolv™ are going to depend a lot on how long you have had Candida overgrowth, how deeply entrenched the condition is, your own pre-existing conditions (for instance, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and hormone fluctuations all create a predisposition to the condition), and your general lifestyle.

I have noticed, for instance, that a normal maintenance dose of ThreeLac™ for me is one packet a day (and I may occasionally forget a day). If I must take antibiotics, however, or if I have indulged in sugar or alcohol, I have learned the hard way that it’s a good idea to double up for a week or so, and follow up with a bottle of Candizolv™. I’ve been pleased to see that with our new SevenLac™, I only seem to need 3-5 packs a week to maintain a balanced intestinal microbiome. But that’s me . . . and you are you!

Navigating Candida Detox & Getting Over the Detox Hump

When people are first attacking their yeast overgrowth with our products, they may experience some “die-off” symptoms as the yeast leaves the body. These may include headaches, fatigue, mild flu-like symptoms, and are usually short-lived. If the symptoms become too annoying, however, we often recommend that people temporarily cut back on their initial dose of ThreeLac™ for a few days. However, we have also had customers tell us (and experienced this ourselves) that actually adding ThreeLac™ for a day or two helps some people get over the detox hump.

Our Free Candida Detox Recovery Guide has a lot of ideas for navigating this part of the journey.
