Don't Aggravate Your Symptoms. 5 Ways to Master a Spring Candida Cleanse.

Fall and Spring, the “shoulder” seasons, are great times for a Candida Cleanse.

Why? During severe weather, either hot and humid or cold and rainy/snowy, the body is busy adapting to and coping with those extremes. During the gentler weather of Spring and Fall, your body can focus on “cleaning house.”

So, now is a great time to get your Candida symptoms under control, by using ThreeLac™ to attack fungal yeast overgrowth in the gut, and Candizolv™ to vacuum out any fungus hiding throughout the body.

If you have heard of (or maybe tried?) the grueling Candida Diet, you will understand why our products are such a boon.

If you are new to our proven One-Two Punch Candida treatment, you can find more information here.

This is the season to institute some new healthy habits for overall good health!

5 Things You Can Do This Spring to Support Your Own Candida Healing

1. Clean Up Your Diet

With our Candida-fighting products you don’t need a special diet, but I find two really simple adjustments make a world of difference:

1) Cut out (at least most) sugar, and

2) Eat more vegetables.

Now is a great time to hit the farmers’ markets for fresh produce, and you might even want to can or freeze some for later in the year. Here are some ideas for getting more vegetables into your diet.

2. Add Regular Exercise

If your gym is still closed or you don’t think it wise to go back, there are still many, safe options for exercise. Here are three suggestions that can make a big difference:

Get OutsideLet’s face it—when the weather is grey, cold, drizzling, or snowy and icy, it’s awfully easy to default to the couch with a book or in front of the TV. But now is the time to get moving. It’s fine to start slow: a 10-minute walk after dinner every day is better than nothing. Work up to 30 minutes a day, five times a week for better circulation of blood and lymph, better heart and lung function, better sugar metabolism, even a better mood! And, all that circulation is helping your body detoxify! If you want a bit more challenge, check out your area for hiking trails. If you are a runner, run! Enjoy the Fall colors while kayaking or canoeing.

Take a ClassCheck to see if your yoga or Pilates studio are offering online courses, either live or recorded. If not, there are many online options for stretching and toning, a lot of them free.

Lift a WeightAgain, it would be so nice if the gym were open . . . but you don’t need to invest in a set of barbells to keep your strength up; there are many items around your house that can be used as “weights”.

3. Get Plenty of Sleep

Most adults need 7 to 9 hours a night to be fully rested. Many scientists believe that sleep is when the body is able to rid itself of toxins and other unneeded substances.

4. Take a Bath

Here is a great detox bath recipe: Dissolve 1/4 Cup of sea salt, 1/4 Cup Epsom salt and 1/4 Cup of baking soda in boiling water poured into a quart jar. Fill tub with comfortably hot water and add 1/3 Cup apple cider vinegar and a few drops of essential oils, if desired. Pour in salt and soda mixture. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Check out more info on salts baths. Click here for more information on using salt baths for Candida cleansing.
