Why Do I Need Two Products for My Fall Candida Cleanse?

September 4th, 2019 by Marti Ayres White

Autumn: the time when Nature discards what is no longer needed and hunkers down for the winter. Fall is also a great time for a wellness reset or cleanse.

As we go into the cooler, slower winter months, it’s a good idea to cleanse the body and build the immune system.

In other words, fall is a great time to get your Candida symptoms under control.

And, for that task, we are here to help!

Why Two Candida Products?

Our customers (and pre-customers) often ask us why they need to use two products to treat their Candida.

Our flagship product is ThreeLac™, a proprietary probiotic designed to target fungal yeast overgrowth in the gut. This is the product you will use most of the time. ThreeLac™ fights Candida at its source which is “job one.”

Why Candizolv™ for a Candida Cleanse?

If you have a deep-rooted case of Candida, and/or if you have suffered from Candida for some time, you also need a broader from of support. For this reason, we recommend using Candizolv™ several times a year to root out fungus which has established itself in other parts of the body.

Candizolv™ is made up of enzymes which dissolve chitin, the cell wall of fungal cells, without harming any other cells in the body. This more system-wide approach makes it perfect as part of a fall Candida cleanse.

As the video above illustrates, ThreeLac™ focuses on Candida in the gut, while Candizolv™ addresses Candida throughout your whole body. Together, these two products make up Candida Complete™ our One-Two Punch against Candida!

Other Actions for a Fall Candida Cleanse

Fall is also a great time to institute some new healthy habits for overall good health!

  • Add regular exercise. Walking is a great start for an aerobic boost, along with moderate weight-lifting (small dumb bells) and stretching or yoga.
  • Tune up your lymph system. The lymphatic system is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste and other unwanted materials. Its primary function is to transport lymph, a fluid containing infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body, which make it an essential part of your immune system. Boost it with yoga, jumping on a trampoline, or “dry-brushing”.
  • Make sure you get plenty of sleep. Most adults need 7 to 9 hours a night to be fully rested.
  • Clean up your diet. I find two really simple adjustments make a world of difference: 1) cut out (at least most) sugar, and 2) eat more vegetables.

And most of all, like our friend Humpty Dumpty, have a great Fall!
